Agent Productivity
Nobody in the world sells more real estate than RE/MAX.
RE/MAX Revealty vs Other Large Brands
RE/MAX Revealty is focused on growth minded professional agents. We are not in the hire everyone business. When you compare us to other large brands you can see the difference in the productivity numbers.
- 47% of our agents close 10 to 30 homes a year
- Only 14% to 20% of agents at larger brands close 10 to 30 homes a year
- 19% of our agents close over 25 homes a year
- Only 7% to 9% of agents at other larger brans close over 25 homes a year
The Discount Zone
Saving money is easy in real estate and there are more discount firms than ever for agents to choose from.
In this graphic we can see how this plays out over the entire country. There is a direct correlation between brokerages that charge low fees and have lower agent productivity.
The Bottom Line
Agent productivity is also measured by the bottom line - how much income the agent can generate.
The average gross commission income for a RE/MAX agent in our market is $118,000. Locally, RE/MAX agents on average make $40,000 to $60,000 more in gross commission income than other large brands. When you compare other discount firms this swells to around $70,000 more gross commission income.
Think about it, you may save $7,000 to $10,000 in commission with a discount broker but RE/MAX agents are making almost $70,000 in income more.
