- Talk to the office manager of a real estate company and ask the following questions;
- “I’d like to interview a few agents. Do you have any that exclusively work with buyers? If they don’t have an exclusive buyers agent then ask; - “I’m interested in interviewing some agents and want you to recommend some to me. I want someone who prefers to work with buyers and has some experience. But they don’t have to be a top producer or the agent with a lot of listings. I want to work directly with the agent I hire and not get delegated to someone on their team.” Once you’ve selected a few agents you can take control of the process and interview them.
