Most real estate companies typically charge between 6% to 7% to list your home. But some sellers are looking for ways to to save money on commissions and aren't looking for a full service listing from an agent. But they don't want to go it alone like a for sale by owner.

There is a middle ground called fee for service. You decide which services you want Revealty to provide and we  charge you accordingly. Basically the agent and the seller structure the situation that works best for them and their needs. This typically allows the seller to save appoximately 2% to 4% on their commissions.
