If you want to be a traditional agent that specializes in one area of town and charges full 6% listings then we may not be your best choice for an agency. If you think the consumer deserves choices that match their needs then you may like what we have to offer. Some of the options are: - Using a team approach to listings. We can partner you with a listing coordinator that handles all the day to day issues when listing. They put together the brochures, advertise the home and basically baby sit the listing so you don 't have to spend your time and money. You jobĀ is to get the sellers and they take it from there. This allows you to profit from listings without having any expense or the headaches. - A fee for service approach. You provide services on a contractural basis, which means getting paid up front regardless if the home sells or not. The seller benefitsĀ because we charge less and help them with what matters most when selling a home. The agent benefits because they are guaranteed payment and have no expenses. - Our Referral program is appropriate for agent who only want to work with buyers and not provide any services to sellers. You are paid a referral fee for each seller but have no involvement in the transcation or marketing of the home. You just create the referral opportunity and get paid at closing.
